Do you charge for quotes?
No. Surveys and written quotes are free and there’s no obligation. Emergency call-outs are charged at a fixed £95 for the first hour.
How long does a consumer-unit upgrade take?
Usually one day, with the power off for around four to six hours. You get the certificate by email the same evening.
Will a rewire wreck my house?
Not with us. We lift and number floorboards, chase walls neatly and fill them behind us, and can arrange plastering and decorating.
I’m a landlord. How often do I need an EICR?
Every five years in England, or sooner at a change of tenancy if needed. We send a reminder when yours is due.
Are you insured and certified?
Yes. NICEIC Approved Contractor, Part P registered, OZEV approved and MCS certified, with £5 million public liability insurance.
